Established in 2025 after a merger between two leading boutique cricket agencies, Elevate Cricket International strives for excellence in all facets of global cricket management. Our mandate is global and with the growth in cricket in the recent past and future we allow our players to focus on doing what they do best on the park while we do what we do best in creating opportunities for you around the world.

Michael Oakes

Michael is the Co-Director of ECI and has been in the sporting industry for nearly 20 years. His passion for guiding and developing the careers of young athletes is clearly recognizable and his broad knowledge and connections in global cricket is unsurpassable. Well credentialed with a Ba Sports Management and ACA accreditation, Michael is excellently placed to provide ECI clients with strategic guidance in all aspects of their careers.

Luke Sutton

Luke enjoyed a 15 year successful career as a professional cricketer before embarking on his agency which has seen him manage some of the game's biggest stars over his 20 year tenure. Uniquely qualified with experience developing home grown talent, seeing the evolution of the global game and off field marketing and entertainment consultancy. There are not many in the game with the experience and business nous of Luke.

Zach Peddersen

Zach is a passionate manager who has experience within the state system before embarking on his agent journey a decade ago. An expert in player relations, Zach focusses on maintaining a positive connection with players assisting them in all areas of their lives. Zach has a strong background in coaching and youth development and this combined with professional experience and a BA in Business Sport sets up our clients for the best chance at success.

Isaac Hydleman

Isaac is a PCA-qualified cricket agent with a BA in International Relations and has extensive experience over the global cricket and rugby landscapes. He specialises in working with emerging talent as they enter their first full time professional environments as well as those already experienced within the professional environments. Isaac has extensive experience in player transition within County Cricket as well as franchise cricket support.
